Solar pump group for the connection of collector and storage tank in sealed thermal solar systems.
PrimoSol® 130-4 circulates heat transfer liquids like water-glycol mixtures through the entire system.
Complete, pre-assembled and tightness tested solar pump assembly with all necessary safety and functional components, including a special form fitted insulation.
The pump return line consists of:
Circulation pump.
Flow meter with ball type stop valve.
Flange and cap nut G1½ for pump connection.
Measuring range: 2–12 l/min.
22mm Ø System connection.
Combination valve with 22mm Ø system connection, pump side connection with flange and cap nut G1½.
With integrated gravity brake and thermometer with hand wheel (blue, range 0 to 120°C).
Safety group fittings with connection for expansion vessel.
With 6 bar solar safety valve , female outlet thread G¾, 63 mm Ø pressure gauge, 0–10 bar, hard soldered, mounting valve.
The pump flow line consists of:
Combination valve with thermometer in the hand wheel (red, range 0 to 120°C)
Pipe for distance compensation with 22mm Ø system connection.
Vent pot for de-gassing the heat transfer liquid with 22mm Ø system connection.
Transparent hose 200 mm as a de-gassing aid.
The insulation serves at the same time as a safe, protective transport packing.
Conforms to the Pressure Gauge Directive 97/23/EG.
